The Northside Church of East Liverpool, Ohio is seeking a full-time Coordinator for our Children, Youth and Young Adult Programming.
This full time, salaried position requires a bachelor’s degree in Church Youth Programing or similar study or minimum of three years’ experience leading Children, Youth and Young Adult programming. Competitive salary (Mid-30’s), paid health insurance, cell phone, preapproved mileage reimbursement, vacation, personal time, and holiday pay will be included in the benefit package.
The primary responsibilities of the Coordinator include:
- Oversee established Children, Youth and Young Adult programing including Sunday School, Sunday morning, Sunday evening and Wednesday evening services.
- Connect with our children, youth, young adults and the families of the church and community to strengthen the program.
- Involve our children, youth, and young adults in the various purposes of the church which include; Worship, Discipleship, Evangelism, Ministries, and Fellowship.
- Represent the Children, Youth and Young Adult programming on the Ministry Board
- A primary focus will be on the rebuilding and staffing of our Jr. /Sr. High School programing.
- Oversee the staffing of our Children’s Ministries
- Oversee those working with our Young Adult age programing.
- Lead current volunteer staff and recruit and train new staff as needed.
- In addition to attending regular Church Services, this position requires evening and weekend hours to support children, youth and young adult ministry needs.
